Returns Accepted Only for Damaged Items


We only accept returns if the product is received in a damaged condition.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Dislike of design or size

  • General dissatisfaction


🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video Required


To be eligible for a return or refund, you must provide a clear, uncut video of the parcel being opened.

  • The video must start before opening the package, clearly showing the shipping label, unboxing process, and the damaged item.

  • Videos that are cut, edited, or recorded after the parcel has been opened will not be accepted.


Same-Day Return Request Only


You must raise a return request on the same day you receive the delivery.

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
