Returns Accepted Only for Damaged Items
We only accept returns if the product is received in a damaged condition.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as:

Dislike of design or size

🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video Required
To be eligible for a return or refund, you must provide a clear, uncut video of the parcel being opened.
The video must start before opening the package, clearly showing the shipping label, unboxing process, and the damaged item.
Videos that are cut, edited, or recorded after the parcel has been opened will not be accepted.
⏰ Same-Day Return Request Only
You must raise a return request on the same day you receive the delivery.
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
